Relocation assistance: If you have to relocate to join us, we will provide the financial, advisory and hands-on support to help you and your family navigate your way through registrations, permits, accommodation, schooling, and all the other bits and pieces which you might encounter. Our goal is to minimise the upheaval and allow you to concentrate on your exciting new career challenge.

Performance review and training: We keep in close contact with you throughout your employment to help you to stay motivated and enjoying your work. After one month of employment and once a year thereafter, we will arrange a review with you and your technical manager to discuss how you are getting on and identify any training needs. Together we will work to achieve your professional development goals.

Keep ourselves up to date: Part of our job is to make sure that we know of any changes in labour law that might affect our employees and to keep them informed. We have good contacts with experts in this field and we attend regular training courses and workshops so that we keep abreast of developments in taxation, social security and employment law.

Health and safety: As well as keeping you informed about health and safety at work, we run health-promoting workshops and encourage fitness through programmes such as our company bicycle scheme in the Netherlands.

Social events: Last but not least, we at HE Space like to engage with our fellow employees – we like to socialise! We offer many opportunities to network – over regular lunches on-site and at our offices or during our monthly drinks at ESTEC, for example. We also have other social events – New Year’s parties and summer events where you and your family are always welcome.
